The past month has been an amazing one for us at Griffin AI, thanks to the overwhelming support from our community. We’ve experienced incredible growth and made significant progress in AI agent development, driving engagement and innovation forward.

Key insights from our AMA with Colin Fitzpatrick
On October 10, Colin Fitzpatrick, our Head of Business Development, broke down the evolution of AI agents versus traditional bots. Unlike basic bots, which are programmed for specific tasks, AI agents operate autonomously to complete goal orientated tasks. They are intelligent and capable of learning, collaborating, solving problems and can make transactions on the blockchain. Colin also shared insights from a recent family office summit in Dubai, where the potential of AI agents within blockchain and investment was a hot topic.
Insights from our AMA with Michal Marazevich
Later, on October 25, Michal, our Product Manager, hosted an AMA to explore the importance of reputation systems in Web3. He explained how transparent and genuine reviews can shape community trust, setting Web3 apart from Web2. Michal also introduced Griffin ID and Griffin GPT—two powerful tools coming soon to Griffin AI, designed to take AI agent-user interactions to new levels.
Agents: Advancing AI with Griffin AI’s LLaMA Agent
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our LLaMA Agent, the first permissionless agent powered by Meta's groundbreaking LLaMA 3.1 model. This open-source agent introduces a new level of freedom for users to explore complex, creative, and analytical tasks without the typical constraints of proprietary AI models.
In line with Griffin AI’s commitment to permissionless, decentralized AI, our LLaMA Agent offers an environment for users to work on open-ended projects that require fewer guardrails. This model is not only more flexible but also emphasizes data privacy and is available without hefty server costs or extensive technical setup, making advanced AI accessible to all.
Our LLaMA Agent is available on the Griffin AI Playground, with up to 50 free daily credits and plans to integrate crypto-based payment options for enhanced accessibility and autonomy in future versions. This innovation empowers users to develop autonomous AI solutions and engage in a new era of AI-driven applications that can operate independently within defined parameters—an exciting step forward in autonomous agent development.

Our Agents are now 75% faster
Thanks to your feedback, in October we made significant optimizations that improved the response speed of our AI agents by up to 75%. These changes were guided by our community input and supported by our Bug Bounty Program. This boost means a smoother, faster experience for everyone using Griffin AI agents. Improved logical reasoning capabilities
Logical reasoning is one of our primary research areas, and we’re actively exploring how to enhance this capability. Our recent efforts focus on improving the LLaMA Agent's ability to reason more effectively, laying the groundwork for richer, more insightful analysis in the future. Contributor Program: Revamped rewards
Our Contributor Program has undergone a complete overhaul. We’ve made it easier for community members to earn rewards by reworking the points allocation system and introducing new incentives like daily check-in streaks and big one-time tasks. New dashboard design and enhanced user experience
Sleek task navigation for clarity
Our dashboard has a brand-new look, making it easy to keep track of your progress. We’ve separated daily tasks from one-time activities, so you can clearly see what’s available and focus on getting things done.
Instant feedback with animated notifications
We’ve also introduced dynamic notifications to celebrate each small achievement. Whenever a user completes a task, an animated toast message pops up, providing instant feedback like "+100 points. Task completed!" These simple, celebratory moments add a bit of fun and motivation to keep contributing.
Enhanced news feed for better UX
Our news feed has been redesigned to provide a more immersive browsing experience. Users can now explore articles with a dual-pane view—reading summaries and engaging with content without switching back and forth. This change helps keep you engaged with the latest blockchain updates and Griffin AI announcements.
Recognizing our top contributors with Leaderboards
We’re also excited to introduce the new Leaderboard page, where users can check their rank, points, and position among other contributors. It’s a great way to stay motivated and compete for a top spot, especially with the airdrop around the corner!

AI Agents driving Web3 innovation
At the Cardano Summit in Dubai, Colin Fitzpatrick represented Griffin AI and highlighted the transformative role of AI in blockchain. He showcased our Transaction Execution Agent—a chat-based tool that streamlines complex processes like staking and bridging, making them accessible through natural language. This kind of innovation marks a significant step toward solving the significant usability and UX problems that have plagued crypto and DeFi since the beginning. Colin also shared his vision for AI’s evolving role—moving beyond simple automation to creating independent actors capable of handling complex, goal-oriented tasks. SingularityNet collaboration expands horizons
At the summit, Colin connected with Janet from SingularityNET. They discovered a shared vision for the future of AI, where we plan to integrate the Griffin AI agents into SingularityNET’s marketplace. This partnership is set to amplify our technology’s reach, bringing AI-driven solutions to an even larger audience.
