Alongside this, we introduced a diverse set of agents, including the Research Agent and Voice Agent, which have already started reshaping how users interact with data and systems. With the rollout of Griffin AI Platform v2.0, we provided developers and contributors with the tools needed to innovate and create freely within a system built to grow.

We’re preparing for the launch of the AI Agent Builder, a tool that will place the power of creation directly into the hands of our users. The Agent Builder will give users the power to shape and customize their AI agents with ease. At launch, users will be able to choose from multiple models, including GPT, Llama, and Wild Llama, tailoring each agent’s functionality to match specific goals or applications. Users will also have access to adjustable settings, allowing them to fine-tune how their agents perform and interact.
We’re also introducing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities to the Agent Builder. This feature allows users to upload their own content—whether it’s a PDF, a CSV file, or other structured data—and use it to train or guide their agents. This means agents can be personalized for highly specific tasks, from analyzing custom datasets to answering questions based on user-provided documents.
We’ll expand our reach post mainnet launch by integrating the Griffin Network with additional Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains. Milestones like the public launch of the testnet and the introduction of Guardian Nodes will ensure that our network is secure, scalable, and trusted. In the third quarter of 2024, we successfully deployed the Griffin database and node network on testnet. This milestone was critical in proving the core functionality of our decentralized infrastructure. In doing this we have been able to test and refine the system’s scalability, resilience, and efficiency. This achievement laid the groundwork for future public testing phases, ensuring that the Griffin network is robust and capable of meeting the demands of its growing user base while maintaining seamless performance.
This was the first full-scale trial of our distributed architecture, allowing us to evaluate the system’s scalability, security, and overall functionality in a controlled environment. This phase of testing has been invaluable, providing insights that have guided refinements and optimizations as we prepare for public testnet.
Developed Griffin Smart Contract and Griffin ID Registry Contracts (Q3 2024)
In the third quarter of 2024, we completed the Griffin smart contract and Griffin ID registry contracts, two essential components of the network’s architecture. In mid-Q4, Griffin AI Platform v2.0 went live. This major update reflects everything we’ve learned over the past year and takes the platform to the next level. In collaboration with Smart Valor, Griffin AI helped bring ELANN.AI to life—a personal research analyst powered by advanced AI technology. This project was a critical early application of Griffin AI’s capabilities in a third-party ecosystem, designed to address real-world challenges. ELANN.AI delivered tangible value by helping users navigate complex datasets and extract actionable insights tailored to their needs. ELANN.AI saw immense support immediately, with over 50,000 downloads of the mobile app at launch.
First B2B integration with Burrito Wallet (Q2 2024)
Griffin AI reached another important milestone in Q2 2024 with its first major business-to-business partnership. By integrating one of our our AI agents, ELANN.AI, into Burrito Wallet, we expanded the apps’ reach, onboarding another 400,000 users to this leading crypto research app, and helping users manage their digital assets efficiently whilst receiving custom reports and insights to improve decision-making.
This integration transformed the way users interacted with the platform, simplifying complex processes and enhancing overall usability. For Griffin AI, this collaboration was an opportunity to offer access to functional AI agents serving a real-world purpose for users in multiple languages, including English, Korean, and German - further demonstrating their flexibility and value in diverse environments.

In Q3 2024, we expanded our agent offerings with a suite of specialized agents tailored to specific use cases: the Research Agent, Influencer Agent, Voice Agent, and Web3 News Reporter. Each of these agents brings unique capabilities to the Griffin ecosystem, enabling users to address challenges across diverse industries.
- Research Agent: Designed to sift through vast datasets, the Research Agent provides users with targeted insights and actionable recommendations, saving time and effort.
- Influencer Agent: The influencer agent gives users a chance to pick the brains of leading thinkers in the space, such as Vitalik Buterin. We continue to release new specific key thought leaders in AI agent form as part of our AI Playground.
